B175 Carhartt Men’s Hamilton Pant Review

We only shop Carhartt now

Recently, my husband was looking for some pants that were stylish, comfortable and durable. He does labor work, on the weekends with my father who is a contractor. He does a series of things while working, he paints, builds fixtures, and uses heavy duty tools. He’s one of those hands on type of men.

He would usually end up having to wear a pair of his good jeans or khaki pants when he would work with my father, and when he would get home you could see that his pants were not going to be worn for anything else ever again. This is unfortunate because he wears expensive designer brands like Levis, and Dockers. These pants are not made for hard work, they’re made for business meeting or days out with the family.

I started looking to see what i could find to figure out a reasonable solution for this problem, and when i google searched “Durable work wear” the brand Carhartt came up. I clicked the link on a website called Newyorkworkwear.com because it said it was America’s favorite Carhartt shop. I instantly clicked the category pants, and found a lot of different types of work pants. My husband is very particular about the kind of pants that he will wear, even though they would be for working I knew he would want something casual yet stylish.

The Carhartt Men’s Hamilton Pants are what really stood out to me. As i looked at them i could already see the change in my husbands facial expression and hear the subtle thank you come out of his mouth accompanied by a hug.

I decided to see if my intuition was correct and order these pants, on newyorkwear.com they were listed for $36.99. I didn’t even feel like looking elsewhere because that was a very low price already. I had a difficult time choosing the appropriate color because the Men’s Hamilton Pants come in the following colors:

  • Dark Moss
  • Golden Khaki
  • Mushroom

After careful deliberation i decided to get him the Golden Khaki color, because he typically enjoys wearing his dockers. I felt i couldn’t go wrong with these. They were casual looking, but they were made for rough work. They had accessible pockets, for easy access to a multiple array of tools.

When they arrived my husband was very resistant at first (he’s stubborn) but after he put them on and felt how comfortable they were he decided that they would be perfect for working with my father.

We now only buy Carhartt pants, not just for work but also for casual wear.

The price is great, the quality is greater.
