D-Link DIR-655 Extreme N Wireless Router Review
Wireless internet has always been very touchy to own as your priority type of internet access.
Anyone that uses the internet frequently knows that it’s a common conception that it’s just overall a better choice to choose the land line. If you’ve had the experiences that I’ve had with wireless internet where your range is limited, and your connectivity is even more limited then you know what I’m talking about. So many times I have had too suffer without internet because of my terrible wireless internet and its even worse connection. In the past there have been so many problems with wireless internet, and I believe i have finally come to a conclusion on what is to blame.
It’s the router.
The only reason i can confidently confirm that it’s the router is because after i purchased my new router the problems i was having with my wireless were a problem of yesterday. I recently purchased the D-Link DIR-655 Extreme Wireless Router after hearing a recommendation from a close friend. The D-Link Extreme is perfect for any advent internet user.
The range on this specific router far exceeds any that i have seen yet. This router has a confirmed 6x average range then any other wireless router out there. I have found that the places i declared dead spots in my home before are now flourishing with internet resources. It was as if I i always had a gold mine, but i was using the wrong pic axe. With my new D-Link Extreme Wireless router i no longer have a problem finding a connection.
It has also increased my speed and performance.
The D-Link DIR-655 Extreme has been quoted at 14x faster then any other Wireless router. Before if i wanted to play an online game, or stream a movie on my other wireless router there was no chance in this lifetime i could do it adequately. I would find myself frustrated with waiting for buffers that had no end, or being disconnected from game servers because my ping was to high. I have found that both of these problems have been eradicated due to my purchase of the D-Link Extreme N Wireless Router.
Another large concern that I have when using wireless internet is a safety one. I’ve always thought of wireless internet like a VIP club for only me, but sometimes other people can slip into my club un-noticed. This not only slows my connection down but makes me vulnerable to attack. The D-Link comes with a Dual Action firewall to eliminate any threat of trespassers. You’re actually safer behind this router then your land line. As hard as that is to believe.
I was having a horrible experience with wireless internet but when i finally purchased this on amazon.com i have become a believer again. I get a connection anywhere in my house, and they’re all at the same strength.
