Diesel Men’s Deep Fashion Sneaker Review
They aren’t dress shoes, but they’re not casual either
On a day to day basis i wear dress shoes, or boots. I can’t really wear sneakers when i go to work, because of what i do for a living. I have to keep up an image. That doesn’t mean that i only own dress shoes, and boots though i have a great variety of different sneakers.
I’m always looking for another pair of sneakers though, something that i can wear on weekends or just casually when i go out. When you are dressed up all the time, you really look forward to the days where you can dress down. You still want to look your absolute best though regardless of what you wear on your feet.
With a nice pair of dark jeans though it’s great to have a pair of versatile sneakers. Sneakers that look at the level of high class dress shoes. I like to dress down, that doesn’t mean I want to lower my standards.
I visited the Diesel Store in New York City to look for a pair of sneakers and they had some really amazing one’s. The sneakers were entitled the Diesel Men’s Deep Fashion Sneaker, and they were everything the title suggested. They were High Fashion, and definitely what i was looking for.
When i saw them, they had three different displays out of the Diesel Men’s Deep Fashion Sneaker all in three different colors.
I asked the sales associate to bring me the Gunmetal/Silver pair in a size 9, but he told me they were sold out. Then i asked him if he had the Black one’s in a 9, he ran back to check. He gave me the same answer.
I got fed up and walked out of the store, this is why i hate buying stuff in stores.
When i got home I decided to see if I could find the Sneakers online since the Diesel store didn’t feel that they should carry more than one size 9.
I did find them online, actually considerably cheaper. I was surprised, but i can’t say i was that surprised because if a store that sells high-end fashion can’t supply the appropriate size why would i expect them to have good prices?
I found each pair of these for $119.95 on endless.com
This was a really good price, because in the Diesel store they were retailing for $140.00.
I ordered my Gunmetal/Silver in a size 9.
Even though I probably won’t be able to wear them monday-friday.
I’ll still make good use out of them.
