New Balance Classic Men’s Classic M554 Running Shoe Review

New Year’s resolutions, for the most part we all have them.
The only problem with resolutions is following through with the commitment we’ve promised ourselves as well as others. After a week, or two we start to give up on the resolutions for the New Year.
I’m doing my best to follow through with the resolution that I’ve set for myself for the year of 2009. My resolution was to simply run every morning before work for an hour a day.
Easier said than done.
This is the first time that I’ve ever done something to the extent of this. Besides, not hitting the snooze when the alarm goes off to get up in the morning, my largest problem was not owning a pair of running shoes.
I have always heard the name New Balance when it comes to running for long periods of time. It is a name known for a series of importance’s for this activity alone.
I wanted something cool, and stylish as well as comfortable.
After shopping around, I discovered the New Balance Classic Men’s Running Shoe. The reason this particular pair of sneakers caught my attention was the look of them.
You can’t judge a book by its cover though. It’s just not that easy.
For long run’s you typically need something that can take a lot of hit but still keep its integrity as if you pulled it straight out of the box every day. The New Balance Classic Running Shoe had just that. It was constructed of a high quality leather upper, and rubber sole.
The quality of the New Balance Classic Running Shoe was constructed for any type of weather you may face outside. My resolution for running was going to be much like the postal workers motto we’re all familiar with.
“And neither snow, nor rain, nor heat, nor gloom of night, nor the winds of change, nor a nation challenged, will stay us from the swift completion of our appointed rounds. Ever”
No matter what conditions I would face in the future, I was determined to fulfill my commitment to myself. I desperately needed a shoe that could face these demons with me.
I was very impressed with everything the New Balance Classic Men’s Running Shoe except one minor thing.
You can only choose 1 color, and of course that color is:
• Black
Now don’t get me wrong. Black is great for everyday running, but I personally enjoy having a variety in anything I purchase. I would of even been happy if Grey was an option.
This is the only thing that disappointed me in the New Balance Men’s Classic Running Shoe, and because of everything else it featured I got over it quickly.
The New Balance Men’s Running Shoe, can also be worn casually, especially if you’re on your feet all day.

I recently started running , and i was looking for the perfect kind of shoes for that. These shoes are excellent, they really support you while you run. They’re very comfortable, but i don’t just wear them when i run. I also wear them when casually. These are my favorite shoes, and I’ve seen them go for so much more in stores.
