Newport News Skirted Swimdress Review
A dress that isn’t formal
I got invited to a friends pool party, and at first i was really excited. I hadn’t been to a pool party in so many years, and i was looking forward to going to one again. More or less because the pool parties i attended in my youth served soda, and chips. This pool party was going to be a bit more PG 13 if you will indulge me.
I was excited until i realized that I had absolutely nothing to wear to my friends party. All of my swim wear, was old and just not in style anymore. It had really been that long since i had needed an appropriate article of swimming attire. I frantically searched through my closet, and drawers for something that could possibly work, even if modified.
My search came up with nothing.
I had no choice but to buy a new swim suit, because I really didn’t want to show up to my friends house and make up some lame excuse about how I forgot it. I wanted to show up to this party, and look absolutely spectacular. All eyes were going to be on me, i deserved this.
So i started my search online, and after about a half hour i found the perfect swimsuit on amazon.com. I bought the Newport News Skirted Swimdress. This was not just a swimsuit, or a bikini but a Dress that was made to be used in the water.
It was in a nice citrus-yellow color, and i couldn’t resist having it.
When it showed up at my doorstep, i immediately put it on. It fit me perfectly, it wasn’t to tight. The bottom was very slimming, and the top held me in all the right places. It came with push up pads in it, and this made me look even more great. I have to say if you’re insecure about your body this might not be the suit for you, but for me it was perfect.
While i had it on it reminded me of those 70’s go-go dancers that you see in movies like Saturday Night Fever. I really enjoyed the look of this swimdress. I knew everyone at the party was going to love it as much as me, and i couldn’t believe how well it fit me.
I did go to the party with this dress on, and it stayed up the entire time. I never had any problems with it slipping or coming off. It looked amazing too, all of my friends were jealous of it.
I simply told them that i got it off amazon.com for only $39.00
They didn’t believe me though.
