It’s so hard to find a Coat that is both really warm, and really stylish. At least in my experience it’s hard to find something like this. Anytime i buy a Coat it’s usually so stylish that it should just be a sweatshirt. It let’s wind inside, and it doesn’t do its job by keeping me warm. This is really annoying, sure i look nice but when i get the flu it won’t matter what I’m wearing. I have always searched for a Coat that will keep me so warm that i think it’s Miami wherever i am, and looks like something i could wear with a designer pair of jeans.

Most designers don’t put into account that their products may look really cool, but they just don’t do what their purpose is. In case you’ve forgotten the purpose of a Coat is to keep you warm during cold days.

One designer that hasn’t forgotten this rule is Carhartt. They make a super stylish coat, but better then that they make a coat that can be worn during the coldest days in January. Most of their coats look like they would have to be accompanied by a pair of Red wings, and a pair of bibs.

Earlier i expressed how important having a coat that will keep you warm is. The Men’s Duck Coat is top of the line when it comes to keeping the wearer warm all day and night long. This Coat is Arctic Quilt lined, and just as the name already suggests is suitable to be worn in Arctic. The Arctic is one of the coldest places on Earth, so this Coat will be more then suitable for those frigid Chicago nights.

A pleasant surprise

For my birthday a close family friend of mine sent me a package. It showed up in a box from a place called newyorkworkwear.com. The package was an ordinary wrapped, fed ex box with my address and name on a sticker on the top of the box. I wasn’t entirely sure what the contents of the box contained, so i decided to bring it in to my apartment.

I opened the box up and inside of it was a pair of pants. Not any ordinary pants though, these pants looked different. They also felt different, as i lifted them out of the box i could feel how durable they were. There was a note taped to the pair of pants, it read:

“Hello, Happy birthday, this year i decided to get you something practical. Something that every man needs. A pair of Carhartt Men’s Washed Duck Work Dungaree’s. You should find these comfortable, and durable. Best Wishes.”

I was unfamiliar with the brand Carhartt, and i wasn’t sure If i was crazy about the idea of wearing these pants. I decided to try them on though, they were in a Dark Brown color, i was impressed that he remembered my favorite color. At least that’s the assumption i made when i saw that they were brown.

He even got the size right, a 36 waist and 32 length. I decided to put them on, and take a picture to send to him. That way he could see that i appreciated them even if i didn’t.

As i pulled them up they fit great, they felt good, and best of all they looked really good on me. I was honestly surprised by how comfortable the Men’s Washed Duck Work Dungaree’s fit. They fit right below my natural waist, which was how i usually wore my pants.

I looked in the mirror and saw something i hadn’t seen when i first picked the Duck Work Dungaree’s out of the box, they had multiple pockets on both legs for easy accessibility to any items that i would wish to carry through my day.

I decided to see how the pants looked over a pair of sneakers, and to my surprise they complimented each other well.

I was truly and genuinely happy that someone thought of me to this degree and purchased me something of this caliber for my birthday.

The only complaint i have against my Logitech G15 is that it doesn’t have a volume down wheel like my old keyboard had, so turning the volume down with a button takes some getting used to. I do like that when you turn the volume down with the G15 it shows on the LCD display.

Overall I’m very satisfied with this keyboard, it has increased my game play greatly. No matter what game, this keyboard helps out greatly in destroying evil.

I recently purchased a new piece of furniture for my home. I like to have unique, designs that compliment my home really well. I like to have furniture that makes people really wonder what it is, and what it does. You could say i like to camouflage my furniture, so it bewilders anyone that see’s it. I needed a new coffee table desperately, because my old glass one shattered one night. Recently, my husband was looking for some pants that were stylish, comfortable and durable. He does labor work, on the weekends with my father who is a contractor. He does a series of things while working, he paints, builds fixtures, and uses heavy duty tools. He’s one of those hands on type of men.

He would usually end up having to wear a pair of his good jeans or khaki pants when he would work with my father, and when he would get home you could see that his pants were not going to be worn for anything else ever again. Let’s face it because of events that happened years ago, traveling has become an absolute nightmare. At least for me, the last place i want to go is the Airport, or even train station.
