It’s that time of year again. Time to get out and exercise. Or stay in and exercise. It all depends on if you’re fortunate enough to own some reliable and comfortable exercise equipment. Some people enjoy running, or jogging outside every morning and some of us prefer to do it from the comfort of our own home.
Either way, you need something that will get you exercising. A device, or a reason to get up in the morning and break that sweat. There is one device that has been loyal to me for a few years now. I like it for a lot of reasons, that i will now discuss
The Denise Austin Dual Action Mini Stepper is my favorite piece of exercise equipment on the market today. I utilize it just about everyday. I knew when i was buying it that it was a solid product, because it’s endorsed by fitness expert Denise Austin. She tends to know what’s good, and what’s not.

While working out on this machine, i can feel the burn in almost every part of my body while using this machine. It’s great for the upper and lower body. The work out is equivalent on both ends.
At first the work out is intense because of the Dual Hydraulic cylinders which were created for resistance. You can alter how much resistance the Stepper provides. Once you get used to them though, you’ll learn to appreciate them.
The electronic monitor on the Denise Austin Dual Action Mini Stepper displays your workout time, distance, step count, and calories. This is great so you can push yourself harder each day, and keep charts of your progress.
The maximum weight limit on this machine is kind of a let down, it’s constructed very well with the highest class steels and pulleys. It says the maximum weight allowed on it though is only 250 lbs.
When you purchase your Denise Austin Dual Action Mini Stepper you get a 1 year warranty, that includes parts, and the frame. I’ve personally never had to send mine in, and I’ve had it for 7 months now.
