Rogue RA-100D Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar Review

Koom-bay-ah

Tax season is finally here, and it’s time to spend some of that return. A lot of people use their tax money for things they’ve been wanting for a long time, but never had the extra money to spend on it. I’m the same way. I typically use my tax return to buy something that will help me kill time, but keep me learning.

Last year i bought the Rosetta Stone software so i could learn other languages, and speak them fluently.

This year I bought something a lot less practical. All of my life I’ve wanted to learn how to play the guitar, but I’ve never felt the inclination to go out and buy one. With the price of lessons, the time involved and not knowing anything about music.

Well 32 years later i decided to finally try it out. I just wanted something that was easy to use, and learn on. I looked on amazon.com for a few days before i came to the conclusion that the Rogue Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar was perfect for what i needed.

Rogue RA-100D Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar Black

I ordered the Rogue Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar in a Black finish on amazon.com for only $79.99 and i couldn’t wait for it to arrive at my doorstep. It actually arrived earlier then i anticipated also.

The box was well packed, and when i opened it the image of the guitar was breath taking. The Rogue Acoustic Guitar had a super stylish, and sleek black finish. I didn’t even care if it played well, i could hang it on the wall for part of my home decor if need be.

The Rogue Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar looked so good because of its genuine spruce top. The fretboard was made of authentic rosewood.

I didn’t even have to tune it!

The Rogue Acoustic Guitar came completely tuned. I picked it up and started strumming on it, and even though i didn’t know very many songs they still came out sounding pretty good. They were completely in tune. I knew because of the fact that when the shipped guitar showed up in perfect tune, that this guitar would stay in tune almost all the time.

So far i was very happy with my decision to purchase this guitar. The rich resonant sound, excellent projection, and intonation make this guitar more then worth purchasing.

The strings are Martin, which ensures that constant in tune quality.

I am now playing this guitar everyday, and learning. I’m glad that i took the time to actually look into getting a guitar. Even more exciting is the fact that i bought the Rogue Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar, i am not disappointing.

I just can’t believe it took me 32 years to make this purchase.
