Slice and Dice!

Everyday that i get home from work i make myself a big dinner. I got used to this routine after i moved out of my parents house. I usually make complex dishes, because i enjoy cooking. I love mixing and concocting a series of ingredients and later discovering if i was on to something or not.

Anyone that can relate to my story, and finds themselves in the kitchen already knows how important cooking utensils are. They all have their purposes. The spatula, the colander, and of course the Knives.

I’ve been having increasing difficulty with slicing, and dicing the ingredients necessary to prepare before one of my distinguished meals. I couldn’t stand my standard kitchen knife anymore, so i decided to take a chance.

I found the Victorinox Cutlery 8-Inch Chef’s Knife on Amazon.com.

I was astounded by the amount of reviews individual people, like myself wrote about this knife. The positive really outweighed the negative and i had to know exactly why.

So i took a chance, i ordered my Victorinox Cutlery Chef’s Knife off of Amazon.com, and boy am i glad i did.

I bought mine for $38.80, which was fine by me if it could deliver on all the promises the review said.

I’m astounded, now because while writing this review i see that it’s on sale for a considerable amount less. No, i don’t think you understand it’s at a whopping $17.82 right now on amazon.com

that’s more then 50% off of what i paid for my knife, don’t get me wrong I’m not bitter, i just feel that this knife was well worth the $40.00 i spent on it and you can not go wrong by spending $17.00.

I have never had a knife slice, dice, mince, and chop like this one.

The blade is consistently sharp, after every use.

The blade is sturdy, but flexible.

The handle is non-slip, and not prone to becoming consistently wet.

I refuse to put this blade in my dishwasher. I just wipe it down after every use, rinse it off with soap and water, put it back in my drawer. Once a week I’ll sharpen the blade to keep up with the integrity of that wonderful day when i first got it.

All of my meals have been tasting so great since i bought the Victorinox Cutlery Chef’s Knife, probably because i get more time to enjoy them.

Become a Chef, and make professional meals with the only acceptable knife.
